Sinitta has confessed to what we've all known for years - she's hung up on Simon Cowell.

The Eighties singer has admitted that she's devastated by her former lover's new relationship with make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy, describing her jealousy in an interview with 'Hello!':

"Mezhgan appears to have achieved the seemingly impossibly by getting my once determinedly unwed mate and mentor to consider not only the prospect of marriage but also of starting a family.
Is there a twinge of jealousy on my part? A hint of nostalgia about what Simon and I once had? If I hadn't met my new man Stefano, I think, if I am honest, I would be reeling a bit now, thinking, 'Wow, where did this come from?'
Although Simon's known Mezhgan for years, the romance has become full-on very suddenly. But the timing could not be more perfect, because I too have met someone who is very special to me so I don't feel like I got left behind."

Whoa, it's not surprising neither Simon and Sinitta can make a relationship last. Maybe they would have more success in their love lives if they didn't spend so much time together?????
