Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy aren't playing nicely anymore!!!

The original Sugababes have applied via their new management company, Paul Stacey Management, for ownership of the band's name from the European Trademarks Authority. Holy Moly have obtained documents with signatures and details for the three girls showing they're seeking the rights to use the name for music, CDs and gigs throughout Europe. The current line-up (Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen) must fight back before May 8th, though their hopes of a win are slim because they've never registered the name before.
