Cheryl Cole wants "dignified divorce"

Cheryl Cole is so determined to divorce Ashley with dignity that she's even phoning him up and calling him 'babe' in an effort to keep their relationship friendly, the Daily Mail is reporting.

The '3 Words' singer has also arranged a meeting with her estranged husband, a pal reveals:

"There are no divorce lawyers yet, Cheryl wants to do everything on her own terms. They are scheduled to meet.
She is speaking to Ashley, they are texting - she even calls him babe - but as much as she loves him, there is no way back. This is divorce with dignity, it is Cheryl's style.
When it happens, it will be quick, quiet and painless."

I'm not sure divorce is ever painless, but it does seem the legalities will be fairly problem-free unless Ashley decides to fight Cheryl for their Surrey home, which she's determined to keep.
