Lynn Redgrave has died

Actress Lynn Redgrave has passed away after a battle with breast cancer, her family has announced. Her death brings fresh sadness for her family following her niece Natasha Richardson's fatal skiing accident last year. Lynn's children have announced in a statement:

"Our beloved mother Lynn Rachel passed away peacefully after a seven year journey with breast cancer. She lived, loved and worked harder than ever before. The endless memories she created as a mother, grandmother, writer, actor and friend will sustain us for the rest of our lives. Our entire family asks for privacy through this difficult time."

Lynn was aged 67 when she passed on Sunday evening. That's not really any age at all, is it?
