Katie Holmes was handed a bottle of Celsius soft drink by her bodyguard on the way out of her performance in All My Sons in New York last night, showing that despite her teeny-tiny frame the actress is still trying to lose weight! The fizzy beverage contains less than 10 calories and helps burn up to 77 calories over 3 hours.

No wonder Katie always looks so bloody knackered, she's burning more calories than she consumes!!
