Divorce: Blake wants half Wino's fortune

Johnny Ikon is gutted to have to admit it, but it really does seem like the end of Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil. Ok ok, I know most of you hate him - but I've always thought they loved each other, and hoped they'd sort their problems out as a couple rather than separately. But even I have to admit, they seem healthier apart.

According to celebrity divorce solicitor Henri Broadman, Blaaaake has instructed him to file for divorce from Wino on the grounds of adultery after seeing pictures of her frolicking on the beach in St. Lucia with new beau, Joshua Bowman. He's so angry that he's planning to go after half of the "Back to Black" singer's £10 million fortune.

Amy described earlier that she'd "forgotten she was even married" since meeting Josh, and had kicked drugs being away from him, and has investigated removing her tattoo of Blake's name from her chest.
