Pictures have become public of Boy George's first day in prison, sat on the bed in his cell signing autographs for other inmates. Apparently, he's such an object of fascination to them that they come to his cell in groups asking to talk to him, and prison officers have asked his Jamaican cellmate to keep an eye out for trouble, paying him in cigarettes and phone cards.

The overweight has-been was sentenced to 15 months last week for the false imprisonment of a rent boy.
