Why do we still pay attention to Beth Ditto?

She's a one-hit wonder now better known for wearing some hideous outfits, being grossly overweight and getting drunk. She's a terrible role model for young girls who think it's acceptable to get trashed (like she did in Camden last night in this photograph) and be so overweight that you're endangering your health. What's interesting or fascinating about that?
