Susan Boyle is "exhausted" but looking forward to leaving The Priory and kicking off her international singing career, says her brother Gerry. He added she was "a wee bit homesick".
He added she will "bounce back" quickly, telling the Edinburgh Evening News: "This is the start of Susan's international career now that the talent show's finished. She is not interested in money, she's not a material person, but she is interested in working with her idols."
Gerry joins a growing number of figures close to Susan keen to assert that the mildly brain damaged 47-year old, who suffers learning difficulties, is capable of launching a recording career. Piers Morgan and Max Clifford both offered similar comments earlier today, but do you think Susan is really able to handle the pressures of touring and promoting an album???
