Ed Chernoff, the lawyer representing Dr. Conrad Murray who was with Michael Jackson when he died, has refused to deny that his client injected MJ with Propofol before his death.
Law enforcement officials confirmed a few days ago that the lethal anaesthetic, that should never be issued outside of a hospital, had been found unprescribed at Jackson's mansion.
Chernoff has stated clearly that Conrad Murray did not issue drugs Demerol or Oxycontin to Michael, but says: "I have no statement on whether the doctor administered Propofol."
He added: "We're confident whatever the doctor prescribed did not kill Michael Jackson."
It's lucky that Dr. Murray and his lawyer are so sure, because Johnny Ikon certainly isn't!!!!
