Oh dear. I reckon Jermaine Jackson might be a complete fantasist!

Jermaine Jackson announced with great flourish the acts taking part in Michael Jackson's tribute concert in Vienna at the end of the month earlier this week, and most were impressed.

Then it all started to fall apart.

Chris Brown's rep said he hadn't confirmed, and Mary J. Blige said she knew nothing about the event at all. Then a family source exclusively told Johnny Ikon that Jermaine has been "talking out of his ass". It was all starting to look very much like Jermaine was exaggerating.

Now it looks like he's plain old lying - Natalie Cole's rep has also spoken out to say she's planning to be in Memphis with the Dalai Lama when the event in Vienna is scheduled. So what's Jermaine playing at?!!! Is he just making names up? Don't buy tickets for god's sake!
