Nicole Richie involved in car accident; unlicensed paparazzo driver arrested!

Nicole Richie was rear-ended by a paparazzo following her car on Monday.

She decided to see her private doctors rather than be treated as an emergency, and the pap (who was driving without a licence) was arrested at the scene. Johnny Ikon is just glad that Nicole is uninjured, and that she wasn't travelling with her two babies. What sort of a fool....?
