Well, not literally. Obviously Drew Barrymore isn't actually wearing Victoria Beckham.
She'd never fit!!!!
However, Drew did wear one of Posh's frocks to her 'Everybody's Fine' premiere last night, glamming it up to look lovely and ladylike in purple. It seems the A-list really love her designs!
