Is the 'This Is It' film a huge, giant con????
The movie has almost grossed $250 million worldwide already, but it's now claimed that the songs featured have been remastered with Michael Jackson's old vocals, rather than being genuinely reproduced from footage shot at the singer's tour rehearsals, as the studio claims.
In fact, music experts claim that they've found some of the vocals used readily available on Youtube, that 'Earth Song' was taken from a 1991 demo, and 'Bille Jean' originated in 1982.
Last night, Sony Pictures were forced to admit the deception. They confessed: "In order to fulfill Michael's vision for his fans and his children... the film-makers had to incorporate some pre-existing materials, including vocals, where the rehearsal footage audio was incomplete and/or inaudible. In addition, usage of master recordings has been credited in the end titles."
Do you think they should have been more open about this???? Why claim that viewers are seeing "Michael Jackson's last concert" when they're hearing old recordings?!!! Con artists!
