Polling three times more votes than runner-up Miley Cyrus (who in turn managed to beat the third-placed Cheryl Cole by a massive margin), Lindsay Lohan romps home with the 2009 prize for The Ikon Awards' Female Ikon. It seems that despite the controversy, the Twitter meltdowns, the break-ups, the stalled movie career, you all still love a bit of LiLo!!! Will 2010 prove to be the year of her big comeback? She has 'Machete' in the can, and a new fashion collection on the way, and she's even managed to shut up her daddy. Best of luck, Lindsay!!!
