Cheryl Cole's clap-trapped mum Joan Tweedy has mouthed off and ruined her daughter's chances of judging 'X Factor' in the USA, declaring: "No way, she is NOT going to America!"

Asked specifically if that ruled out 'X Factor', the mouthy mummy continued: "She will not be going there for that." It looks like Simon Cowell has got a fight on his hands with Joan, eh?!
