Celebs Visits MTV's It's On With Alexa Chung Show!

Was I the only one thinking Heather Graham was about 22?!! LOL!

Turns out, the former 'Boogie Nights' actress is actually about to celebrate her 40th birthday this coming January, but this picture taken as she headed to an interview on Alexa Chung's MTV show in New York yesterday show she hasn't aged since she hit the spotlight. Amazin'!!!
